Excellent! Roscoe called within minutes of my request. My water heater was up and running before I knew it. Very professional (he even covered his shoes with booties before walking in my home!), friendly, he arrived on-time, and was finished in no time at all. The service was wonderful. Our old furnace was putting out carbon monoxide. Roscoe was very professional and committed to replacing our furnace as quickly as possible.
